Time Technology offers access to audio and video conferencing over the Internet with web collaboration features such as screen sharing, whiteboard annotations and presentation capabilities. Contacts can join your meeting, even if they don’t have the MaX UC app!

  • When starting a meeting, the user is prompted to select the contacts who will join the meeting. Once the meeting starts, contacts simply click on the invitation to join.
  • Users schedule a one-off or recurring meeting. From the schedule-a-meeting option, the user sets the date, time and length of the meeting, then clicks schedule to open an invitation and select the participants to invite. Meetings are automatically added to the participants’ calendars.
  • To join a meeting, participants click the on-screen invitation or open the meeting URL in a browser.
  • Participants control their mics, video feeds and more, like they do in other meeting software.
